We arrived at our place in Cleveland after Thanksgiving and discovered the heater wasn’t working. I tried calling several heater repair companies, but nobody picked up—except for Maurice. He answered right away and was very professional. We have called on Maurice a few times for heater repair and related services. First, he put in a much-needed humidifier for our heating system. Later, when we wanted to switch to a smart thermostat, Maurice installed a Nest and upgraded the wiring to handle the new setup. I called for a second opinion on my furnace after the first company said it was not repairable because the secondary heat exchanger couldn't be replaced.
