I recently had the team from Williams Brothers AC and Heat come out to install a new gas furnace and AC unit. While it's too chilly in Cleveland to test the AC right now, everything looks like they did an excellent job. Jason and his team were fantastic to work with during the installation. My furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I made a call Saturday morning, and Connor arrived at my home by 10 AM. He quickly diagnosed that the blower motor had failed and was able to fix it on the same day. I asked Connor why my master bedroom wasn't getting enough heat, and he offered to check the attic to see what was happening. He discovered that my home was only 50% ducted.
