Just when you thought the bar couldnt be set any lower because of really poor options in the Evansville area. Complete AI front end - extremely difficult to connect with human.
They switched to AI to answer there phones for them and now I can't talk to anyone who can do anything about the billing issue I'm having. I'm screwed. Thanks alot Williams brothers.
