I was told on the phone my payment would be 53 a month and when I got there they wanted 203 plus 53 a month. They laughed about it and locked me out of the store after talking to insurance in front of them. Alisha at the front desk is bad at communication and needs another career not in health care. But they sell things that are needed here. So that's the 2 stars. No customer service unless you will sign whatever they want you to sign. Also going to BBB to let them know. See you next week.

This company is awful. Without there connections to insurance companies as single source they would have no business. They keep sending filters and equipment from the CPAP that was recalled 1.5 years ago. I go the Tabor Lane New Albany location and they are rude and not helpful and refuse to fix the issue. I have so many supplies that I have paid for but they won't replace them.
