Best car dealer in the state. We brought the kids in to test drive and they had teddy bears in the car when we picked it up. Talk about service! Beat other dealerships by $50/month without any negotiation. Matt & James: A+

You send misspelled mailings. Why? After my experience I had with your service write up area plus your rudeness on the phone and lack of customer respect, I have no intent on doing business with Williams. I will drive to another Subaru dealer for service instead of Williams. I tell anyone I meet to look elsewhere for a car or service. I feel sorry for the employees. They should be the faces of a dealership, not those in charge!
DO NOT USE WILLIAMS AUTO WORLD. Our family member bought her Hyundai from them brand new, now it has 39,000 miles on it and it left my wife stranded on the side of the road on the way to a Dr appointment. IT HAS BEEN 10 WEEKS AND THEY HAVEN’T EVEN DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE YET!!! 2.5 months and they refuse to even spend 10 minutes to diagnose it. They are also refusing to offer a loaner car. Needed a new key fob for my son's Audi. I ordered the key fob it comes in in 4 days and then I called to make an appointment to have it programmed can't get me in for 2 weeks just for a simple program of the fob. I have an appointment set the day of the appointment the vehicle arrives an hour before the set appointment and I'm told that they are checking the vehicle in as it was dropped off early.
