It’s been a long time since I’ve met a young mechanic and staff that I felt like I could trust. They were accommodating, patient and respectful while I asked many questions about the steps being taken on my truck. Their desire to thoroughly communicate with me was a pleasant surprise also. Very detailed, and I never felt like they were hiding something from me. This will certainly be my “Go To”place for all my future Auto Maintenance and Repairs. Brought my 16 f150 in , my ac wasn’t working. Felt like an oven inside. With them summer days coming ahead if you had any problems with your ac Williams automotive can have your vehicle throwing penguins at you they’re honest and prices affordable!
I've never actually been to this place in my entire life, but because it's on the way to Dunn and just a couple of blocks from the house I guess Google thinks that I stopped there every time I'm stopped at the light. Which is better than Google thinking that I'm at the funeral home every time I stop at the light. I'm tired of Google asking me about this place so I'm probably just going to go in there Wednesday or Thursday to get my wife's mustang looked at and see if I can make an appointment. Awesome work today, my AC was not feeling as cool as normal. Had the refrigerant recovered and then replaced. It was much cooler after! Great work and very great people!
Im traveling & reaaally far from home, I started having a stalling issue in my 03 suburban so I called around & found blacks tire to change my filter first, start small n work up right. Needless to say that shop boofed it, left me stranded w a new problem. I called Williams bc they were super close. Not only did they address & fix my issues w blatant honesty which is hard to find in this industry especially as a female, they did WAY more than they needed too & completely exceeded my expectations.
