Williams Automotive is what's right with owner run businesses today. I broke down on 95 South, traveling from Rhode Island to Florida. Vehicle dead on the side of the road at 5 PM. I had no idea where I was, or where to go. The tow truck driver recommended Williams Automotive & Performance. Brandon, Mike, and Chris had me back on the road by 12:30 the next day with a brand new fuel pump despite having a full schedule of regular customers! It’s been a long time since I’ve met a young mechanic and staff that I felt like I could trust. They were accommodating, patient and respectful while I asked many questions about the steps being taken on my truck. Their desire to thoroughly communicate with me was a pleasant surprise also. Very detailed, and I never felt like they were hiding something from me. This will certainly be my “Go To”place for all my future Auto Maintenance and Repairs. Brought my 16 f150 in , my ac wasn’t working. Felt like an oven inside. With them summer days coming ahead if you had any problems with your ac Williams automotive can have your vehicle throwing penguins at you they’re honest and prices affordable!
I've never actually been to this place in my entire life, but because it's on the way to Dunn and just a couple of blocks from the house I guess Google thinks that I stopped there every time I'm stopped at the light. Which is better than Google thinking that I'm at the funeral home every time I stop at the light. I'm tired of Google asking me about this place so I'm probably just going to go in there Wednesday or Thursday to get my wife's mustang looked at and see if I can make an appointment.
