Williams Automotive keeps our old car running very well. They are thorough and careful in their repairs -- consistently going the extra mile -- and their rates are very reasonable. It’s rare to find a shop with this high level of skill, integrity, and kindness. We’re truly grateful for them.
Mark and Samantha are great--honest, conscientious and fair. I took my 12-year-old car to them for a second opinion on some expensive work a Des Moines dealer said I'd need. Mark told me what the car did and didn't need and did the work for less money. I really appreciate how they look out for the customer's interests. And they do make you feel like family!
I was visiting from CO and had battery start issues. I was received so kindle and they had my battery replaced same day so I could make my trip back to CO. Samantha was so kind and friendly and it felt like being take care of by a family member. I highly recommend!
