Their prices seem to be better than most and they really care about getting it right. They don't just throw parts at a problem and then carelessly shrug their shoulders when it didn't fix things even though I know process of elimination is just part of how car repair has to go sometimes. Was referred to williams by rpm for our volvo. He did a thorough check but didnt charge me since he couldnt fix the a/c. Its a dealer only fix. He & his wife are great!

Best service I have ever had, hands down! Thank you Mark for everything. 2 1/2 hours away from home and helped out when was pretty much stranded. He got me back on the road in just a few hours. After a test drive, he found other big issues and gave price, he was so reasonably priced that I came back down for him to fix the rest. Fairfield Iowa, you are lucky to have a mechanic that is honest and truly cares about his customers!
