I am so glad I found these folks! Great service, excellent communication, friendly, easy to schedule. All repairs have been solid, and I was happy to learn they can switch out snow tires at a good price as well! They send text reminders too which helps me a lot
Brought car here for brake service. Needed brake cylinders in a master cylinder. When I got the call the car was ready I went out got in the car started heading down the driveway to the main road and had no brakes at all whatsoever. Quickly turn the wheel and slow to a stop throwing it in park. Went back and they didn't know what was going on so they thought they look again. Got the call saying it was ready again. My son and I were traveling around the upper part of Michigan. Everything electrical stopped working in our car. We were lucking to just be driving into Levering, the people at the gas station said there was an auto place next door. The people at William's auto where very helpful. Even though they were busy they helped figure out what the problem was. They were able to get the part to fix our car and were able to fix it by the next day.
