Called to get snow tires put on. Dropped car off , ran keys into olivia.. ran back in to tell her my tires are by the garage door and she's like perfect thank you!. Got there to get car and my snow tires are in same spot and car hadn't been moved. I get inside and she hands me a bill for tire rotation.. after I said I was there for snow tire swap she said she was sorry. I am so glad I found these folks! Great service, excellent communication, friendly, easy to schedule. All repairs have been solid, and I was happy to learn they can switch out snow tires at a good price as well! They send text reminders too which helps me a lot
Brought car here for brake service. Needed brake cylinders in a master cylinder. When I got the call the car was ready I went out got in the car started heading down the driveway to the main road and had no brakes at all whatsoever. Quickly turn the wheel and slow to a stop throwing it in park. Went back and they didn't know what was going on so they thought they look again. Got the call saying it was ready again.
