RecommendedGreat guys and service at Williams! We use them for all of our shop trucks and I stopped in today to drop off a check for them and I found a nail in my tire. (Unrepairable) so they put my donut on and didn’t charge me a thing. So if you want honest people who aren’t just after your money give them a try you won’t be sorry!
I take my Jeep here for everything! They remember me every time and are always professional and friendly. They do great work at reasonable prices. They seem busy so I usually drop my car off instead of waiting, so I can't speak to the wait times but my car is always done within 24 hours.
They were awesome! Went in to get a state inspection done, very friendly and gave me a reasonable wait time- ended up taking HALF that time! Will be back again.
Never again � Went for an oil change. Was told an hour and some odd minutes later I needed diagnostics for an oil leak and also new belts. He says replacing the belts would be about an hour or so. 2 hours later, I'm driving out of the lot and the new belts are making this high pitched noise. I'm told there's nothing wrong with the repair - the problem is my car. THEN I'm told that even though I was there longer than I was told I would be, and even though they let me leave without telling me about the new problem they found ... read more
Do not trust this place. They are dishonest; a friend of mine had to call the VA State Police on them behind an inspection; they opened up the bleeder valve on his brake caliper and told him he had a leak. They use State inspections as opportunities to rook customers. Don't go there.
I have been taking my cars to Williams Auto for several years and the service has always been great. Chris always displays excellent customer service!
