I called for a part for a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, Electric Window Switch. Online it said they had it. The Counter guy I spoke with on the phone assured me they had it. When I arrived..I waited 20 minutes and he finally said, They Did NOT have the part..I drove 30 miles to pos hole. He then checked said Ortiz had it, the guy at Ortiz said he no had Pontiac Electric Parts??. These guys are incompetent and clueless...3 guys at the counter..only use this place if your in the hood and you have time to waste.
