I brought my car in for front end work. After work was completed I drove on the 401 and noticed a knocking sound. Took it to my other mechanic who advised me the wheel lug nuts were all loose (hand tightened). My mechanic wiggled the tire and it had a lot of movement. This could have caused serious injury to myself and others. When I called the shop to let them know the receptionist said “I’ll let the guys know” and that was the end of the conversation.
My father in-law was traveling through and they fit him in and changed his alternator so he could make the rest of the trip. Very helpful and I'm extremely grateful for their service.
Car had a problem. Paid 900 to fix it. Found out it wasn't fixed with more problems than before, with a faded steering wheel installed without my radio and cruise control functions. Paid them another 300 to fix what they did and have my original steering wheel put back in my car and then they tried to charge me again to fix the original problem. With this I also have an ignition replaced I did not need so, my key fobs and remote start no longer work. Out a vehicle for a week... Please do not go here
I’m reaching out to share my experience after my van broke down on Toronto Road due to a broken serpentine belt. A friend of mine drove me to your shop, and i spoke with the front desk to ask whether you had time to do the repair and what the approximate cost would be.
