Car had a problem. Paid 900 to fix it. Found out it wasn't fixed with more problems than before, with a faded steering wheel installed without my radio and cruise control functions. Paid them another 300 to fix what they did and have my original steering wheel put back in my car and then they tried to charge me again to fix the original problem. With this I also have an ignition replaced I did not need so, my key fobs and remote start no longer work. Out a vehicle for a week... Please do not go here
I’m reaching out to share my experience after my van broke down on Toronto Road due to a broken serpentine belt. A friend of mine drove me to your shop, and i spoke with the front desk to ask whether you had time to do the repair and what the approximate cost would be. Wish there was an option of putting zero stars, brought truck in with no start situation. They spent 5 hours figuring out it was a computer, they didnt know which computer just that it was one of two, we requested them to figure out which computer was bad and they said itd take 15 min, on bill they said it was marked as it took 1 hour. After bringing in a replacement computer they said they had difficulty programming it.
