This is the 2nd time I've brought my vehicle to Williams Auto. The first was when it was having issues right after leaving another repair shop. They were able to quickly see that the previous shop had installed the parts wrong (which had caused more issues). After fixing the new issue and Instead of charging me to fix the other companies mistakes they suggested I take it back and make them do it. Mr. Williams was very thorough in explaining to me the issues concerning my vehicle. He also gave me options on what methods could correct the issue. Highly recommend.

I will drive to West Columbia for all future issues. Mr Williams is an absolute professional, knowledgeable, reliable & affordable. He is good people. The staff are great too and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I’ve never had a better experience and after breaking down in West Columbia, Williams Auto & Truck Repair had me back on the road in no time.

Great people, went the extra mile staying after closing time to get my son back on the road as he otherwise would have been stranded 2 hours from home. Would highly recommend when looking for honest, high integrity shop. THANK YOU!
