I will drive to West Columbia for all future issues. Mr Williams is an absolute professional, knowledgeable, reliable & affordable. He is good people. The staff are great too and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I’ve never had a better experience and after breaking down in West Columbia, Williams Auto & Truck Repair had me back on the road in no time.

I recently brought my wife’s RAV4 to your shop for an oil change. My sister picked me up and we went to lunch while the work was being done. Over lunch, she mentioned that her daughter, my niece Jessica, was having issues with her car’s headlight. She said the dealership was overpriced and unhelpful. Prompt service with a fair price. Will definitely be getting my regular maintenance done here. Oh and also a decent sized waiting area, didn't feel cooped up!
