I recently took my Mercedes compact car in to fix a seat buckle sensor fault and was quoted **$1,300**—**$500 for parts** and **$800 for labor**. I came in for an issue with my van’s central locking. After 3 hours of work and a $500 bill, the main problem the sliding door was still not fixed. The technician I dealt with was cold and dismissive. When I asked for a small discount, since the job was incomplete, he flat-out refused. Family owned business and it shows from the first enquiry we made to the completion of the works of which were carried out. We highly recommend this business. Initially I had a couple of concerns relating to the work I had done on my car, after bringing my concern to the business first rather then just leaving a bad review. Jamie didn’t waste a second to correct and inspect the issues I was facing, while the issue wasn’t rectified completely I was educated and given information on how to move forward giving me piece of mind which I believe is integral for business and customer relationships.
