Been waiting a few months for parts after paying $250 for a quote to fix a window and the air con. Williams Auto Electricians disconnected the cooling fan and broke the head unit and quoted me to replace the whole unit. Definitely won't go here again, complete rip off!!!
Would not recommend this place nor will I be going back after they tried to overcharge me for labour without showing me the invoice first. 3 times I asked for an invoice and 3 times the eftpos machine was placed in front of me to pay! I said repeatedly I am not paying until I see an invoice and finally the invoice appeared and I was charged 1.5hrs labour yet I was only waiting 30 minutes? Great organisation, fixed a Redarc warranty issue with my van and 2x issue on my 4WD. Excellent communication, fast service and fair rates. Highly recommend them. Rare these days to get all these qualities in one place.
