Tim and his team are Friendly and easy to work with. Always gets things done fast. I highly recommend this branch as they do whatever they can to help you and save you money.
Very poor customer service.
Good rates but terrible customer service. Had a paperwork error and was notified by a cancellation letter rather than being contacted by the agent.
Mr. Tim Williams and Associates has been a godsend! We searched all over and couldn’t find insurance that fit the parameters of what we needed. We received a text recommending Mr. Tim Williams and Associates, and my family and I could not be more pleased.
