I have never has such horrible service regarding freight payment services. I was directed to Knox Allen while I was advised that my payment was mailed to my previous factoring company instead of me. Knox advised me that the payment was sent to them because they still had them in their system. This is after the LOR was sent to Williams 3 times. After I received 2 checks from Williams and a confirmation email stating they had received payment. Knox then went on to explain to me that a separate voucher # was Paid to my factorin... read more
