Shockingly rude and incompetent. I called and asked for a link for a virtual option and the office manager, William Shaner, angrily responded, "Are you kidding me?" It's 2026--I would never expect a court reporting service to be incapable of setting up a simple virtual option. *edit* because William Shaner doesn't realize his rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional response to my request is the primary issue. For anyone who needs a court reporter with basic professionalism, Trattel is a great option.
Williams & Associates are extremely good court reporters and move heaven and earth to work with parties who need court reporting services. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Can i give 6 stars? They are the BEST
