I have been a client of Doug and Michelle for over 20 years. I always get great, friendly service at a very reasonable cost. Even when I have poor communication with them, because of my own doing, they take care of everything I need done. They are always professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. I was just called by this office and the woman calling was immediately rude and scam like(?) When i answered the phone i asked who is calling and why(mind you they are calling me) to which the caller rambled something unintelligible out. i asked them to repeat themselves, they did it again. i asked if what they are saying is one word they said “i do not need to repeat myself for you goodbye” with perfect intonation unlike when introducing herself.
