they need to have better service, the delivery service is no service at all, and on top of that, the counter staff needs to go to "finishing school" on how to deal with customers, had to wait almost 40 minutes for them to locate my order, i did not come here by choice. the counter person was very rude. avoid, if you want personal service with on time delivery go to smithgall's
