Great product, hefty, nice finish, and sturdy! We install these on all of the decks we do.
Bought the railings through Menards, arrived on time no problem. I'll had it to them has to be one of the easiest railings I've ever done, two hours and they were installed. Where Williams falls apart is customer service or after sales service. We had an issue with two cable ends not gripping the cable. Called Williams and emailed them several times and never got a response. I badgered Menards about this as well and they were going to give me new cables and ends as that how they are packaged.
