Service was great, very helpful
Service was great, very helpful 👍
Today, Prue helped me tirelessly to find the right shoe size and assisted me with ordering it. She was very professional, and lovely throughout the whole process. Thank you for the wonderful customer service :)
I tried to return the shoes in accordance with their returns policy (12 months warranty). It was explained to me by a male staff member that the shoes had been misused (they had not) and that I should not expect school shoes to last 12 months even though the warranty was for 12 months. My worst retail experience in 20 years.
