I tried to return the shoes in accordance with their returns policy (12 months warranty). It was explained to me by a male staff member that the shoes had been misused (they had not) and that I should not expect school shoes to last 12 months even though the warranty was for 12 months. My worst retail experience in 20 years.
This store and staff are just amazing so helpful and friendly I can't thank them enough for their assistance If you needs shoes this is the place I certainly won't shop anywhere else This team is a credit to Williams
Some lovely looking shoes, if only the attendant had the time to look up from the phone. I waited while 3 other potential customers walked in and left without so much as a hello.
The female staff working here is absolutely lovely. Thank you for your lovely service.
Prue helped me today and she was the loveliest sales assistant ever! Very helpful and a great personality to have in the store :)
