Metropolitan Vascular is a five star operation. First the place is clean, quiet, and parking is abundant. Front desk person, polite and has paperwork ready. The internal specialists all have excellent bedside manners, very attentive. Dr. Yu, gives a up front exam, summarizes what he needs to do. Prior to surgery Dr Yu tells what he’s going to do each task/procedure as the surgery proceeds; I like that, it shows confidence, tact, he knows what he’s doing. I had my access tubes replaced today, and Dr. Yu and his staff made me feel like the procedure was done at my house. Ms. Lailani was very informative answering all my questions. Ms. Tina, Ms Leslie, and Mr. Louie gave me an experience I will go to my grace with the jokes, the singing it just felt like I was in a room with my family. Most importantly Dr. Yu was quick I felt absolutely no pain. Thank you all!!! B.T.W
From the start over the phn, entering the office with reception and the staff, Rhamiel, Louie, Alex, Vivian and Dr. Yu gave exceptional service and had excellent bed side manners. I may have not named the entire staff but ever single person I encountered there was extremely warm , patient and welcoming. The procedure my mother had via emergency catheter went smooth. Not one complication.
DR. YU IS AN EXCELLENT VASCULAR DR. EVERY TIME I GO THERE HE GREETS ME AND LETS ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE HE'S GOING TO PERFORM AND HE DOES IT NEXT THING I KNOW IM IN RECOVERY AND THE NURSES & THE TECHS (RAYMOND AND LOUIE) ARE AWESOME TOO VERY NICE AND SWEET & HELPFUL
Megan and Brittany are the best two staff members there are ! They are the two best nurses that I have come across in my life time. So happy with the care I received at MVI!
