William Wingard represented me some 15 years ago, against allegations raised in a criminal matter. Counselor Wingard, did an outstanding job of keeping the jackals at bay. His demeanor was calm and confident, and knowledge on that area of law, was exemplar. It is my opinion that his law firm's billing was quite fair, billing only for his actual time spent and refunding what remained of the retainer fees promptly and courteously. Worst attorney ever! He will pump you full of hope and sunshine until you pay him, then he could care less. He sucked up $7000 in no time and did nothing. I only went to court 1 time and he NEVER did what he was hired to do. I wish there was an attorney out there that could help me get my money back for his misrepresentation, lack of professionalism, and pure ignorance! This guy ruined my life and made me feel like a criminal after all was said and done. I still have nightmares about this guy! I would advise everyone to stay... read more
