Mixed experience with this company. Initially very helpful choosing the different options in store and via email. Products of good quality and plenty option. But they seem to make a blunder at every turn possible. From breaking toilets during delivery to leaving bathroom cabinets on the street to late deliveries of several weeks to taking payments by mistake when giving refunds!
We had been considering refitting our bathroom for some time and approached several companies who specialise in such work. Although they were happy to do the work we were left having to pick units and fittings from brochures not really being sure of the quality. It was suggested we visit Wilson’s which we did. I recently had my bathroom done and the service from William Wilson and specifically Jemima (Glasgow) was just amazing. She was able to absolutely make my vision into a reality. She took time to show me options and try to find exactly what I had in mind (I had very specific ideas!) She also came up with some of her own ideas which really improved the overall design. I bought a bathroom suite from William Wilson back in 2012, recently the double flush plate for the toilet cistern failed and I could not get a replacement anywhere. After contacting William Wilson Hillington and explaining my situation Alexander asked for all my details about previous purchase and pitures of failed unit. within 30 minutes he called me back with details of the part I needed. Excellent commitment to customer service. Highly recomend.
