Have been a customer for years and never called.Tried to speak to my actual agent about an issue I was having and left numerous messages with no call from him. His staff called back and "said" they would leave him a message and here we are about a year later and I'm still waiting to talk to him. There really should be a 0 stars option. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
The agents at this office are awesome. Daneil work with me and found me a great auto and renters' insurance policy. I would recommend them to everyone that is looking for insurance.
Experience is OK but cost for my needs is TOO high/one car, one driver, good record, low mileage, 30 year customer.
William Wentz was the nicest owner I have ever met. It was a pleasure working with him when I had the opportunity. Unfortunately life happens and I had to relocate to another city.
