Great product, easy ordering and designing of the headstone. It was built in a timely manner but was poor on getting it installed. I was told that setting my headstone was not a priority. Well of course not. They already had my 4,500.00. I know that things happen but could have been served better. Great work on the headstone and installation. I would use Walker Monument again!
My mother is very upset about how she has been treated and talked to. She is just trying to get her headstone set they have talked to her so snotty she was crying. I can’t believe people would treat someone like that when they are trying to get grave ready . This is already a very had and personable time. To be treated to make you cry is disgusting.
Customer service was great. They were friendly and very professional. They heard all our concerns and corrected them.
