The receptionist Jen was professional, polite, helpful, patient and friendly. I called her twice for directions and she was very cheerful and helpful and didn't get frustrated with me. Kim, the nurse, was very knowledgable, patient, helpful and was a very good teacher as well as being very efficient. I had True Tumescent Liposuction & Body Contouring work done by Dr. Ehrlich when he had his practice in Michigan. He told me to be patient and wait for a year before expecting to see changes. By that time, he had moved to Oklahoma City. I am very dissappointed with the results of my surgery. I look worse now tha I did before the surgery. He relly puckered my belly button.
