Tried to reschedule an appointment through UNC MyChart, but the staff refused to do so, requiring me to phone them. I then called their three times, and each time they hung up on me. Very poor customer service.
I'm the POA for my 89 year old Mom and she has been a patient of Dr Cheatham's for over 3 years. His patience and personality is perfect for the elderly. We have been super happy with his care and treatment. His sincere ability to diagnose and advise best health choices for her is comforting. He is focused on her quality of life and not over medicating, prescriptions, etc. She had a recent video appointment and I continue to be impressed with his care for my Mom and genuine focus on her health needs.
An entitled, passive aggressive, rude excuse for a human being, let alone a doctor. I wouldn’t trust him to treat the dry skin on the bottom of my feet. BEWARE!

This man refused to accept my mother as a new patient because she has cancer, even though he advertised that he was accepting new patients. He did not provide a referral to another PCP. I wouldn't trust this person with my health.
