I was informed by other acupuncture clinics that William Tye is not a doctor. I went to him in 2016 for intractable leg pain. Over the course of 8 visits, he gave me several injections in my leg which he said were saline. They did not help. He said he took Medicare. Medicare refused to pay for the visits since they did not have a William Tye or Dr. William Tye listed as enrolled to take Medicare. The bill was horrendous, a waste of time and money. Beware!!
Upon recommendation from a local provider, I visited Dr Tye and started treatment for lower back and leg pain immediately. My pain was severe and my legs would buckle when I walk causing excruciating pain down my thighs. None of the prescribed pain medication and physical therapy from my medical doctors gave the relief that I hoped for. I was depressed and felt that I would never be able to walk without pain again. Dr. Tye is very knowledgeable and helpful with pain management. He has a unique approach that targets nerves and helps to alleviate pain. Definitely worth your time and much safer and effective than drugs or surgery!
