They do not care about people. My mother never even met Dr.Thom. According to the receptionist since my mom didn’t receive the new patient paperwork in the mail and have it filled out. We needed to reschedule and WE should’ve called to let them know we didn’t receive the paperwork, even though we got there 30mins early and had the 20 page paperwork completed only 10mins after the scheduled appointment.
