not over and above but solid I've taken my grandmother to many different eye clinics and this one is reliable and dependable with a pleasant staff. Not blow me down wonderful but we're happy with the service we get there. The only complaint I might have is that they will provide services not covered my Medicare without telling the patient first (we were suprised by a $20 bill after our last visit)
