I read some of the negative reviews and did not experience any of that. Dr Taylor doesn’t sugar coat what your issue is but I prefer that. With that said he saved my life so I’m forever greatful. The staff I found very pleasant.

Rated them a 1 star because I had to rate something to put a review. He scared me to death just being so negative kept talking about how I might not heal well and told me I need to go make a will before surgery incase I die. All I had wrong was a not so bad rectal prolapse and I was in my 20's and healthy. And the worst one was the lady in his office who kept lying and being very rude! Her ne is Angie! That's why I chose not to have the surgery.

Dr. Taylor changed my life! Unfortunately you don't end up in Dr. Taylor's care unless something has seriously gone wrong but fortunately this man is highly skilled and extremely professional. I was terrified to have my surgery and even more afraid of recovery but he walked me through every step and even agreed to see me for additional follow ups outside of normal procedure to ease my mind.
