Horrible Dr. He doesn’t care about the patient he is in it for the money. Way better Dr’s out there. Don’t settle for this guy he isn’t good at all.
Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, knowledgeable and has an excellent way with his patients. I always feel like he truly cares about my health and well-being. He listens and offers great advice. He returns calls and takes the necessary time with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor! After many other doctor's he figured out my issue's!!! Very happy with him.
Dr. Chen is a selfish doctor who once you go to him will try anything to keep you "In his care" (he refused to sign referral forms for me to see another GI Doctor when I really needed him to). I don't believe he should even be in the field. The offices he works for (University GI) are horribly unorganized and scheduling an appointment with them is one of the most difficult tasks I have faced since I have lived in RI.
