The appointment process was "cold", I felt Ivwas dealing with some foriegn entity, I almost stopped the process. The procedure was fine. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the "team". A sense of humor is greatly appreciated from all, Dr. Chen makes the procedure a breeze. Wonderfull staff! Communication with PCP is gtreat. Follow-up great.
