After researching licensed contractors, we found rave reviews on this company and decided to have them build our deck.One thing we've learned BE SPECIFIC. Our contract was very general. We agreed to them using our original frame (which he SHOULD have known is NOT up to code), but NOT using our original posts or other parts of our old deck. Construction was fast, and things seemed to be going well, until we noticed the railings weren't even.
