It’s really sad that evidently they have too many patients to really care. My father, who has seen Dr. Reynolds, has had to call this office FIVE times before getting a return call the LAST time. And again, I drive up from GA to find out that he had called today; it is now 6:43pm and still NO return call. Ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend this group for nothing! If I could give negative stars, I would. I wonder if Dr. Reynolds, or his staff, would treat their own family this way?!?!
Wonderful Doctor! Makes every patient feel they're important. He did my bladder surgery and have not had any problems!
