Booked in and waited an hour for a prebooked nurses appointment that THEY wanted me to have. On asking how long it was going to take, after my bones felt stuck to the chair, I was told "the nurse wasn't there and no one knew when she'd be back". Why wasn't I told that when I got there or rung to rebook? Locum doctors are there now and it'll be a new doctor each time you go and the waiting time to see Dr Trask can be up to two hours. admin staff are extremely rude. asked if i could swipe my medicare card for the rebate and they said no it will go back automatically told them i’ve swiped every time and last couple of times i haven’t swiped it hasn’t worked insisted very rudely that i need to go online and do it
One Star for your service who is at front desk. Clinic has really good GP services is best. But the front desk lady you need to be nice to people no one yelling at you. I don’t have problem with you. I try to talk nice with her in return she said “Stop Yelling at me”. I took work at front line face the customer. If you phone records technology please listen back the conversation. Thank you

AMAZING service!! After just one visit, I've felt a massive improvement in my health. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was astonished with the service!! Thank you so much. Bonus shout out to Dr. Trask, made me feel so seen!
