The receptionists are very friendly however, the doctors are questionable. I have visited this clinic several times purely for convenience, and each time the experience has been numbing. There is a significant lack of empathy and clear communication, especially when it comes to personal health concerns. You are just a tick to their bulk billing incentive don’t let them have that, take it elsewhere and seek alternative GPs and take care of yourself.
Left work early to see the doctor, got there at 4:15pm which online it says the medical centre closes 5pm and the receptionist told me they are closed…. and would not let me see a doctor. when there were 2 ppl sitting waiting
1. The doctor disregarded my concerns for the tests. 2. When the doctor called out my name, 2 ladies just barged into his office. one at a time just went into his office to push in for their turn. When it was no longer their turn, the doctor attended to them. When it was finally my turn when it was supposed to already, no apology, he said nothing.
