Our parents recently moved to William Square and our experience has exceeded all expectations. Navina has been so helpful navigating the process of moving in and responsive to all questions/concerns. Several minor issues have arisen and Justin has timely addressed all of them. We wanted to express our gratitude to everyone involved. I strongly recommend William Square luxury residences to anyone interested in living in beautiful downtown Fredericksburg

Absolutely love this complex and staff! Beautiful apartments and very friendly staff. Since the first time I went to tour the facility, all the staff has been so welcoming and educated. The move in process was very smooth and I haven’t had any problems since. I would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love living here! I have everything I need with being in downtown Fredericksburg. The building is beautiful, and I always feel safe and comfortable. The leasing team is always there to assist whenever I need anything.
HVAC issues if you are in a loft- no way will you feel the AC unless you have it on 65 degrees. Too expensive. Very standoffish leasing office.
