Absolutely love this complex and staff! Beautiful apartments and very friendly staff. Since the first time I went to tour the facility, all the staff has been so welcoming and educated. The move in process was very smooth and I haven’t had any problems since. I would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love living here! I have everything I need with being in downtown Fredericksburg. The building is beautiful, and I always feel safe and comfortable. The leasing team is always there to assist whenever I need anything.
HVAC issues if you are in a loft- no way will you feel the AC unless you have it on 65 degrees. Too expensive. Very standoffish leasing office.
The door is broken the day you move in. They do a temporary repair and promise to come back and fix it shortly. They never do. Other service orders are ignored. Then they are entering without your permission when you are out of the country leaving exterior doors unlocked. This is unsafe place to live.
Already having major HVAC issues. Had to have a window AC unit put in with no update on when it’ll get fixed, been dealing with this for 6 months. Also, major spider and ant problem. I don’t think they sprayed the outside of the building. Really unfortunate because the building looks beautiful. Over priced for the issues the building is already having.
