I don't rent from Snipes. Perhaps he only receives rent from people that receive government handouts (i.e., directly to his pocket). I do have a problem with the people that Snipes rents to. I have attached pictures of the filth that I have to tolerate (Think roaches!). It's in the yard at 1699 Springdale (i.e., next to my house). It is being burned by the occupants at 1701 A.
