What happened to the dentists and the receptionist.. they no longer there. I had issues since day one of going to this place....it's been over an year and I still don't have my 5800.00 Dentures.....the temporary keeps falling out...top denture is cracked....my left side longer than the right side...it's very noticeable...I hardly get out cause I'm embarrassed of the set they gave me to wear for a year ..I complained about them They just laugh it off and go on about their day. My husband got new dentures here. His previous set was from a private dentist and we’re 20yrs old or better. He’s had new ones 2 yrs and we’ve been back 4 times already to replace teeth that fall out. This is a horrible inconvenience because he’s a truck driver and loses a day of revenue to have fixed not to mention cosmetically embarrassing. We even paid more for “premium” set. I definitely do not recommend unless you enjoy having missing teeth going back in to have fixed frequently
I would absolutely recommend affordable implants and dentures to my friends and family. The receptionist is awesome and so friendly. But I also wanted to let everyone know how amazing Arayna the Lead Assistant is. Shes exceptional at her job, she's gone above and beyond Everytime I've gone in there to get my dentures relined and fitted. She doesn't rush to try and just get you in and out, she works with you until you are happy and comfortable with any of the work you need done. I was very thankful to get same day service. THANKS! They did not have to do that for me. I thought the replacement cost for one tooth repair that was from their denture was high at $210.00.
I was traveling 1 mile from Canada, in Washington state to California. On my way I stopped for lunch and broke my upper denture in half eating a taco. I called my wife and begged her to find a denturist that could fix my denture on my drive down I-5 through Oregon. She found Affordable Dentures and scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 7:00 am with a guarantee of new uppers and lowers by 3:00 the same day. My first experience with Affordable Dentures in Commerce Ga. Just began procedure of getting X-Ray & impressions made today. Everything went great & could not ask for better service from Dr. J & assistant Cassie. The desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Can't wait to finish the process of getting my new dentures. Would highly recommend this office for dental work. Look forward seeing them next week.
Update: My first appointment was Monday. Two days later on Wednesday, I walked out with all my teeth extracted, the implants surgically installed, and wearing both top and bottom dentures. I have no idea who the gentlemen Chris D. Is, but he must be mistaking "Affordable dentures" with another dental establishment. I was understandably a little nervous about the procedure, so I was prescribed a medication that put me more at ease prior to the procedure. I guess there is one in every crowd. The reason I say that is because most of the reviews I have read about this dental practice has been pretty good. Unfortunately my experience has been terrible to the extent of life changing! Yes like most of the reviews I found the staff very nice, especially Terika (receptionist). They do horrible substandard work and will not honor their 100 day money back guarantee they America even when you ask within a month. Scam artists with false advertising! Don’t go there
