Just called as new patients to schedule myself and my husband. I asked if they were in network with UHC. The person on the phone stated, "I don't know" and that was it. I said, "oh, I'm sorry. We have to see a doctor that it's network with our insurance." She said, "okay, bye." The level of customer service was terrible.
