I had an appt cancelled in Dec and I was rescheduled in March, which I was disappointed about. I really like his professionalism and his communication skills. I will continue coming to him for years to come. He told me next time to make contact with him with an appt issue.

I loved his energy , he was so adorable and I loved his way of handling me. Doctors always make me nervous and his attitude made me very relaxed and comfortable!!!!
Everyone very friendly and I especially liked Dr. Shepherd and his Assistant Jake. would recommend both to anyone looking for an ENT. Parking was a bit of a issue, however, but I walked, and it felt good to get some air
