Not Impressed to Say The Least I find it absolutely appalling that the owner of a so called "fine jewelry" stores feels as though it is completely ok to drop the f-bomb while among customers.
Cold atmosphere I went in today to sell gold and diamond jewelry. Was met by Mrs. Nacol in what I consider a very cold manner. She rushed me to show the jewelry..came out with a price and again was very cold. I was taken aback but went ahead and did the deal. Not impressed with the coldness of the atmosphere. Would never do business there again.
Great Experience I recently purchased a wedding band from them and it came in slightly larger than anticipated due to the type of metal the ring was made of, upon discovering this I took the ring back to Nacol and they promptly sent it back for a replacement. Needless to say the service has always been top notch and they deliver when if not before they promise.
Love Them! I have ALWAYS received good service from this family-run business. In defense of the comment about William Jr., that is who we have always dealt with and he has really been helpful. He has also cut us some excellent deals. This is the only place that I will go to buy jewelry in Lafayette and that is saying A LOT because I am most disturbed by rude customer service. Maybe this was an isolated incident? Anyway, I love William Nacols!
Do not use this company! My fiance' ordered my engagement ring with matching wedding band from this company. They told him it would be ready in about 8 weeks. When it should have been ready, he called them to check on the order. He found out that they had a problem placing the order and had only placed it the day before it was supposed to be ready. Terrible customer service from Bill Nacol, Jr. If you like being yelled at and told you are rude by management because they can't seem to fix work that they have done personally, go to William S. Nacol Jewelry Store in Laf. and talk to Bill Nacol, Jr.!!! My sister purchased a $3000.00 engagement ring from the store. For that big or small purchase When entering this store you will be in amazment that the variety of items. This is a jewlry store that will find you that perfect piece in your price range. And if they dont have it they can make it for you. They also have a good variety of special gifts for the hard to find person.
