He is smart .
I've been seeing Dr. Getchell over the past 15 years. I did not have major issues, but more concerning problems (PVC's and other irregularities in my heartbeat). He was very thorough and ran necessary tests that helped me to feel confident in his diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. Responsible for saving my life! As he told my wife " I walked through the valley of the shadow....". My situation was impossible, almost everything that could go wrong did. I'm alive today because of this man's incredible knowledge and commitment. He's truly a blessing to his patients.
I saw him a week ago Thursday ,, He is the best , I would say he is the best .
I had a scan that showed potential blockage and was concerned since I am a runner/athletic. I wanted a cardiologist that could relate to me and was so lucky to find Dr. Getchel. No rushing; listens with empathy; carefully explains things. I did stress testing and at my followup he told me how he had studied my situation and found two studies related to endurance and calcium that fit my exact profile. I was put on a statin and cleared to run again! Was SO impressed with his homework for me!
Dr. Getchell is the best in his field. He has saved my life a couple of times already. I and my family are so thankful for him.
Dr Getchell is the best! My husband needed an urgent pacemaker implanted. He diagnosed the problem immediately and saved my husband's life.
