I worked with Dr. Davis when I was an ICU RN. He is by far the best cardiologist I have ever worked with (I have worked with many and some of them very good!). Dr. Ross Davis is exceptional and even though he is working on Alex City now, when the day comes that I need a cardiologist I will 💯 make that drive!
Releasing a patient from a local icu after 7 days with sepsis infection for requesting a new cardiologist. Writing a verbally abusive email about the patient and the patient's wife to his partners, when he, in fact was not the patient's dr. Sent a copy of the abusive email to the patient's home with dismissal papers certified mail. Note: we've thought nothing of this dr since we respectfully fired him on 1/8/2026 until receiving the certified mail on 1/23/2026. Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor! He has put in two pacemaker/defibrillators for me and I am still ticking!!! Thank you so much for our concern and care!
I haven’t met the doctor yet, but I talked to Heather. She called me and gave me unbelievable customer service. If I was still in business myself, I Would hire her today!! She talked with me, not at me… There is a big difference to me! People might not always remember what you say, but they will remember… How you made them feel😊 She made me feel like family!!!
