If you need to sell your home fast, look no further than William (Bill)! After my house sat on the market for over a year without selling, Bill took over and had it sold within a month. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Thank you, Bill, for making what it felt like an impossible situation so smooth and successful.

This is the third time we've hired William for our real estate transactions, both in buying, and selling property. We are very pleased with the service he has provided us. He is "extremely" knowledgeable and has always demonstrated utmost professionalism and confidence in handling our real estate transactions. He provided the best advice when it came to listing our property, as well as buying property, and gave us honest feedback to our questions. William has always steered us in the right direction and goes above and beyond... read more

Highly recommend! Was a fantastic realtor that helped us purchase our first home. Great with answering all of our questions, and helping us with things we didn't even think of. Highly patience, professional, and very knowledgeable. Was very easy to work. It was great to have somebody to trust during this process.

More than one member of our family has used William as their realtor. He was excellent each time. He worked hard for us and was always keeping us updated on new homes and other potential issues we needed to worry about. Once we found the house we wanted William got us an even better price and coordinated the inspections and other tasks and made sure all items found were repaired. He did an amazing job and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
