The doctor and his assistant crew were rude and unwelcoming. I had to go back home the day of the appointment without getting any treatment while I was under severe pain.
Nice doctor. Listened pretty well. I think he lacks the curiosity I was looking for. I have an unstable knee that's completely compromised. No rotational ability, locking, popping and complete lack of confidence in my knee. Currently a lot of pain. It felt like "he was treating the MRI and not the patient." MRI is unremarkable: tendons, cartilage, et cetera. But I'm in tremendous pain, have been for 18 months, and there are a number of things that could cause this that do not show up in an MRI. Dr. Volk is an excellent doctor & surgeon. He is very kind & understanding and listens to you. He done a great job on my knee replacement surgery.
