Very disappointing with William. He had been a good vendor until my husband prepaid him plus a very generous tip for him to do a small job in our bathroom. William took the money and never came back, despite us calling him repeatedly. When he did occasionally pick up the call, he would casually schedule an appointment early in the morning. We had to get up really early to be ready for him, only for him to stand us up over and over again. No call. No show. No apology. No explanation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My father in law paid William $8,000 to do some electrical work at his house ,only came once then never came again and stopped answering his calls.
