Very dishonest realtor (Stephen Simpson) and the broker is just as sketchy. Information was disclosed that should have been confidential as well as an offer that was signed by us and Stephen stated it was accepted he just needed to send it to the sellers to sign. then When my realtor asked where the sellers signed copy was the next morning, we were informed a different offer was accepted.
