Right from my initial meeting I knew Mike Karras would be my first choice. I had interviewed three Realty Companies and Mike Karras was the most engaging, knowledgeable, and had the best personality of the three. His knowledge of the area, values, and professionalism was fully displayed with limited access to the property due to tenants that worked full time and had children and a dog, so arranging to show the home had to be scheduled each time by Mike. Excellent Service! Mike and Laurie are just fabulous to work with. We have used them a number of times and they always go the extra mile. We are delighted every time we've worked with them. If you want it done right, then hire Mike and Laurie and you'll be thrilled that you did. And the icing on the cake is they're very familiar with all the towns, people in town hall, various by laws, etc. You can't beat the knowledge, the know-how and just being good, good folks to be around!
