"Dr. Bill" is a good and attentive doctor, but has his flaws. This doctor is not too familiar with HIPAA regulations, he will talk to other patients about your condition! He also has falsified patients charts. The staff there has an incredibly high turn over rate too. He has fired some of the best people there. It seems as though the peopple who care the most about you get fired . I would not recommend this doctor unless you are really desperate and you don't mind if people know your business.
