My 75 year old mother was referred here by her general practitioner for what they believe is spinal stenosis. Of course being her first visit they wanted us to arrive 30 minutes prior to our appointment time. My mom lives two hours from me so we made arrangements for me to pick her up a few days before. I encountered the rudest, most disrespectful doctor ever. He would not listen to what I was saying and kept cutting me off, talking over me. He was the on call doctor and not my surgeon so I had to talk to him. I will not allow NOBODY to be rude or disrespectful to me especially when I’m calling to get medical advice. I disconnected the call then he calls me back to threaten me that he will have me removed from the practice and a letter sent out and my behavior is not welcomed in his practice. Dr. Zerick was the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever met. I would give him negative 100 if I could. I thought he was the best in the world from all I heard. Must have been a bad day. He came in scowling and spend a half hour hollering and interrupting me and degrading me to the point of tears. Awful man!!
